TASTING NOTES
Densely concentrated, with inviting aromatics of cranberry,
pomegranate, black cherry, and and subtle herbal notes along
hints of citrus. The mouthfeel is vibrant from the notable acidity.
Layered flavors of cherry cola, notes of black licorice, and ripe
fresh cherries. This sumptuous wine is a delightful expression of
cool-climate Pinot Noir. Drinking Window: 1-7 years
SUGGESTED FOOD PAIRING
This bright and balanced wine boasts both bright acidity and deep
vibrant fruit character which makes it an easy match for wood-
fired pizza or dishes that feature mushrooms. Truffled risotto
with aged pecorino would pair beautifully with this wine.
