A classic method sparkling rosé brut, produced by Medici Ermete in Emilia-Romagna. 100% Lambrusco di Sorbara, a tribute to the region and its tradition. 0.75L bottle. A Lambrusco with a deep pink color and a very fine and persistent perlage. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, and red fruit on the nose. On the palate, the wine is dry, fruity, and vibrant. Ideal as an aperitif, with finger foods, oysters, mixed fried fish, cured meats, and sausages.
