Description
Sparkling rosé made using the ancestral method, 10.5% ABV, produced by Michele Satta in Tuscany. Blend: 100% Sangiovese. 0.75L bottle. A wine born from the passion of Michele Satta, who has been producing wines that express the Bolgheri region since 1983. The grapes are hand-picked and pressed whole bunches. After a few days of static decantation at 5°C, the wine is racked and inoculated for fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation is interrupted with a few grams of residual sugar to allow for secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wine, crown-corked, does not undergo disgorgement. It ages in the bottle for 6 months before being released for sale. Its perlage is rich and persistent. On the nose, it offers aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, accompanied by pastry and floral notes. On the palate, the wine is very fresh and light.
