A unique expression of Pinot Noir, vinified as a white wine to enhance the purity of the fruit. Olivier Horiot’s wines are linked to the village of Les Riceys, which over the centuries has been part of Burgundy and Champagne. On the nose, aromas of ripe fruit anticipate a richly nuanced palate. Straw yellow in the glass. On the palate, the wine is fresh, ample, and silky, with a fine perlage that invites you to savor it.
