Brut Champagne, 12.5% ABV, produced by Paul Bara. 2014 vintage, 0.75L bottle. A Grand Cru that celebrates the tradition of the Paul Bara House, founded in 1860. Paul Bara Champagne cuvées are present on five continents. On the nose, it reveals a full-bodied bouquet with hints of juicy fruit such as yellow peach and ripe apple. Honey-like candied notes and pastry aromas reminiscent of pralines and nougat then develop. The palate, broad and sweet, accentuates the pleasures perceived on the nose, adding citrus zest and a slightly peppery finish.
