Still green red from Beaujolais, 13.5% ABV, produced by Domaines Chermette. 100% Gamay. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A wine that celebrates the freshness and pleasantness of Gamay, with a lively and fruity expression. Semi-carbonated maceration with twice-daily pumping over. Maceration for 10-12 days in concrete vats. Aged for 5-8 months in old oak barrels. Aromas of various red fruits and floral scents such as violet blend together in a unique sensory experience. Ruby red color with purple reflections. A healthy wine, well-balanced in both aromas and tannins, full-bodied with silky tannins and notes of red fruits such as cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and strawberry. Persistent finish.
