Description
Brut Rosé Champagne, produced by Pierre Mignon, from the Champagne region. A classic method with 36 months on the lees, which enhances the complexity and finesse of this rosé. Family-owned since 1892, the Maison has passed down its passion for Champagne from generation to generation. 12% ABV. 70% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir. The nose is intense with fully ripe red fruit and the sweet clarity of berries, strawberries, raspberries, and Morello cherries, with hints of sweet spice. Pale pink with luminous salmon highlights. On the palate, it is creamy, dense, and fresh. Its superb energy leads to a strong finish with notes of red fruit and sweet spice; its sparkle is refined and well-integrated, culminating in an overall sense of wonderful, elegant harmony.
