Description
Here we have a 2018 vintage red wine from Domaine René Bouvier. Crais de Chêne is a tiny plot situated between the French villages of Couchey and Fixin. This bottling uses grapes harvested from its 55 year old vines and is a fabulous example of the unique terroir of the region. Bold and bright, this should pair very well with cured meats.
