Still red wine from Veneto, Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, 13.5% ABV, produced by Casa Sartori 1898. Blend: 45% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, 20% Rondinella, 5% Croatina. 0.75L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Valpolicella Superiore made from a selection of the finest Montegradella grapes, aged for 18-24 months in concrete and large oak barrels, followed by 4 months in bottle. The fruity aroma features light spicy notes and distinctive hints of bitter almond. Deep red color. Persistent and harmonious flavor.
