An extra dry Charmat method sparkling wine from Veneto, 11.5% ABV, produced by Serafini and Vidotto. 100% Glera, this Prosecco is born from the passion and tenacity of a family that has cultivated the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene since 1986. A captivating terroir that is reflected in this sparkling wine. A very fine and persistent perlage. Very distinctive and elegant, with clear fruity notes of apple and white-fleshed fruit. Straw yellow with greenish highlights. Creamy on the palate, with a pleasantly acidic and fruity aftertaste that echoes the aromas perceived on the nose. A delicate mineral note on the finish and good persistence.
