Description
Still white wine from the Maremma region of Tuscany, 13% ABV, produced by Tenuta Aquilaia (Uggiano). 100% Sauvignon Blanc, 2024 vintage. A wine born from Uggiano’s passion and experience, offering a modern interpretation of the ancient traditions of the Maremma. Cold maceration of the grapes for 12 hours at 10°C. Soft pressing, flotation, and subsequent fermentation of the juice (free-run must) at 15°C. Aged in stainless steel tanks with batonnage of the fine lees. Citrus aromas of pink grapefruit, exotic fruit, and herbaceous notes recall the freshness of the terroir. Straw yellow in color with greenish hues. Balanced, fresh, and savory on the palate, perfect for pairing with fish and vegetable dishes.
