A classic method sparkling rosé from Puglia, 12% ABV, produced by Tenute Rubino. 100% Susumaniello. 0.75 L bottle, 2021 vintage. A Sumare Rosato Brut born from the Rubino family’s passion for their land and the rediscovery of Susumaniello, a native Apulian grape variety. Very fine and persistent perlage. Floral and fruity aromas complemented by elegant spicy and fragrant notes. Intense and fresh, with a pronounced acidity, it stands out for its remarkable persistence.
