Description
A still red wine from the heart of Puglia, 15.5% ABV, produced by Tenute Rubino. A Primitivo with an impenetrable and brilliant ruby color, the expression of a territory rich in history and passion. Vintage 2019. Aged for 8 months in barrique and 8 months in bottle. A palette of aromas and sensations of unsurpassed finesse, opening with scents of plums in alcohol, blackcurrant and blueberry jam, cloves and nutmeg, which give way to and alternate with hints of star anise, violet, and licorice. Energetic and captivating at the same time, seductive in its temperament and vitality, fresh despite the powerful display of fruit, which finds its balance in the ripe and silky tannins and the balanced acidity.
