This Celebris Extra Brut bottling is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and spends a minimum of 10 years in the cellar before disgorgement.
A straw yellow colour. A nose that evokes butter cookies with roasted flavors. Fines and delicates bubbles, fresh mouth with complexes flavors due to ageing on lees of 7 years minimum. To offer with delicates food such as lobster tartare.
