Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut, 12.5% ABV, produced by Bellavista, 2018 vintage. Blend: 65% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir. A highly elegant Franciacorta, crafted using the most ancient methods, fermented in small oak barrels and aged for 5 years. Straw yellow tending towards luminous gold. Intense and enveloping, with hints of honey, apple, chamomile, vanilla, anise, and Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied, with great structure and persistence, finishing with vanilla and ripe fruit.
