Description
Brut sparkling wine from Franciacorta, 13% ABV, produced by Le Marchesine, 2015 vintage. A vintage Franciacorta that celebrates the history of the Biatta family, dedicated to winemaking excellence for at least five generations. The bottles are stacked in temperature-controlled aging rooms for at least 36 months. Fine and long-lasting perlage. The nose is characterized by aromatic hints of toasted hazelnut, margarine, mentholated notes, and candied citron. Bright straw yellow. Enveloping and rounded, the palate reveals a perfect balance between acidity and savory flavors. It closes with an impeccably elegant finish.
