A wine that tells the story of a family that has cultivated vines in the Loire Valley for centuries, adopting a biodynamic approach that respects nature and the terroir. The Côte Roannaise is a vineyard in the Loire Valley, located on the southern bank of the river, near its source. 3/4 destemmed, macerated for 18 days. Aged for 11 months in wooden barrels. Aromas of red fruits, notes of violets, and hints of fresh herbs. Ruby red. On the palate, it is soft and ample, a wine that invites conviviality.
